JOB VACANCY: FACILITY MANAGER (Yoruba preferred)

We are seeking a competent, proactive, and experienced Male Facility Manager to oversee the daily maintenance, safety, and operational management of the school facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that the school environment remains safe, functional, clean, and conducive for learning and staff productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of school facilities.
* Oversee artisans, drivers, cleaners, security personnel, and other support staff.
* Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, water, and other utility systems.
* Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across the school premises.
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report maintenance needs promptly.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers effectively.
* Prepare maintenance schedules and facility reports.
* Monitor inventory and usage of maintenance supplies and equipment.
* Support school events and operational activities when required.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility management or a similar role.
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Facilitator to support a young female student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in both school and home-based learning environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in special education, behavior management, and individualized learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to the child in a school setting.
* Facilitate learning by adapting teaching strategies to meet the child’s needs.
* Assist with communication and social skills development.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to implement individualized learning plans (IEPs).
* Support the child with daily activities, transitions, and emotional regulation.
* Encourage independence while ensuring a structured and supportive learning environment.
* Provide feedback and progress reports to parents and educators.
Requirements & Qualifications:
