ROLE: SCHOOL LEGAL ADVISOR (Female)

We are seeking for a highly skilled Female School Legal Advisor with HR expertise for our client school to provide legal guidance and support on HR- related matters. Successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices with excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.

LOCATION: ORCHID ROAD, ELEGANZA, LEKKI
SALARY: #200,000
JOB TYPE: HYBRID

RESPONSIBILITIES:

▫️Provide legal advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employment contracts, policies, and procedures
▫️Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
▫️Collaborate with HR staff and school administrators to resolve employee relations issues and disputes.
▫️Conduct training sessions on HR-related legal issues and compliance.
▫️ Review and negotiate employment contracts and agreements
▫️ Identify and mitigate potential legal risks related to HR.

REQUIREMENTS:

🗃️ Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.

🗃️Proven experience as an HR Legal Advisor or similar role, preferably in an educational setting.

🗃️ Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

🗃️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

🗃️ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
