General Requirements

To be considered for the ABSU recruitment, applicants must meet the following general criteria:

• Must be a Nigerian citizen.
• Must possess relevant educational qualifications (minimum of a Bachelor’s degree for most positions).
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possess exemption.
• Must have good communication skills and computer literacy.
• Must have a clean record with no criminal convictions.
• For academic positions, relevant teaching or research experience is an added advantage.
